Damaged in shipping to you will require you to photograph the products as well as the boxes as received to start a claim. Replacements will be shipped to you as soon as photographs are received and evaluated.
All damaged shipments and defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to start the claim process. Please keep all package contents.
30 Days from the purchase date.
We require return authorization on all returns. You can do this via email please provide your phone number. If we determine there was a defect with the product you may return it for an exchange. Shipping/Handling Fees are not refundable. After obtaining a return authorization you may ship it back to us for a credit which is good for one year or you may choose to obtain a refund less a 15% restock fee as long as it meets the following criteria:
Returned within 30 days of order date. Accompanied by sales receipt.
Must be in original packaging and received in new condition.
Goods damaged in return shipping or lost will not be credited.
